Shipping & Tracking Policy

At UAE Printers, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably across the UAE. This policy outlines our delivery terms, timeframes, and tracking procedures.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all 7 Emirates:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed after a formal Request for Quotation (RFQ) is received and confirmed.

• We do not offer direct online payments or checkouts.

• Processing begins once the order is approved and confirmed by both parties.

3. Working Days

Our operating days are Monday to Saturday.
Orders received on Saturdays may be processed for dispatch the following Monday depending on volume and delivery schedule.

4. Urgent Delivery (1–2 Working Days)

• Available across all Emirates

• Flat rate: AED 50

• Best for time-sensitive orders like toner refills or emergency replacements

5. Standard (Non-Urgent) Delivery – Free

• Non-urgent delivery is free of charge

• Delivery is made when our team is already scheduled to visit your area

• May involve a longer wait, depending on delivery routes and coverage

6. Printers & Copiers – Delivery Charges

• Dubai: Free delivery

• Other Emirates: Delivery charges apply and vary based on location

• Final delivery cost will be communicated during the RFQ approval process

7. Tracking Orders

We currently do not provide live courier tracking.
Customers can track order status via:

• “My Account > Orders” on our website

• Or by contacting our team directly
